Vendor qualification and physician oversight
Pain medicine and PM&R practices generally fold a new biologics supplier into the same vendor-review process used for any other clinical product: confirm who the distributor is, what the product family is, and what documentation exists at the lot level. Because Precision Biologics operates as a master distributor rather than a manufacturer, documentation for a given lot traces back to the supplier that processed it.
The determination of whether a specific intended use fits a practice's regulatory framework is made by the practice's medical director together with its own legal counsel, not by Precision Biologics. We can provide documentation to support that review but do not advise on clinical use, dosing, or procedures.

Account verification and working with Precision Biologics
Opening an account requires an NPI number linked to a licensed clinic or physician. Once verified, a practice can request specifications, documentation, and pricing, which is available to verified accounts only. Precision Biologics also offers peer-to-peer calls focused on product documentation between our team and the ordering physician.
This process is the same for a solo pain medicine practice or a larger multi-physician PM&R group — the account sits with the licensed entity, and the NPI is the identifier used to verify it.
Logistics and documentation for the Davenport area
Cryopreserved Wharton's jelly products are shipped overnight on dry ice in validated containers from -80 degree C storage; lyophilized Wharton's jelly and exosome formats are shelf-stable and travel without the same cold-chain requirement, arriving instead with a product insert for that lot. Every lot carries its own identifier so a practice can track use at the patient-record level on its side.
Before your first order, request the certificate of analysis, donor eligibility summary, and lot release record, and verify your own licensure standing with the Iowa medical board as part of your internal review.
FDA has stated there are no FDA-approved exosome products. Exosome products are generally regulated as biologic drugs under section 351 of the Public Health Service Act, not as 361 HCT/Ps. Purchase and clinical use decisions belong to the physician with their own regulatory counsel.
These products are not FDA approved or licensed for any disease or condition. Information is for licensed healthcare professionals and is not medical or legal advice.

No. We provide product documentation; decisions about clinical use, dosing, and procedures belong to your practice's physicians and their own legal counsel.
