Account verification and cold-chain shipping
Opening an account starts with NPI verification. Once an account is active, cryopreserved vials ship overnight on dry ice in validated shipping containers and are held at -80 degrees C until use; lyophilized formats ship and store shelf-stable per the enclosed insert.
Every lot carries its own identifier, and a certificate of analysis, donor eligibility summary and lot release record can be requested so your clinic can track use at the patient record level.
Before you order, verify your own standing
We recommend confirming your license and, for medspas, your medical director and physician-supervision arrangement with the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners before placing an order.
It is also worth reviewing any current Tennessee Department of Health guidance relevant to tissue handling, and discussing with your own counsel how 21 CFR 1271.10 applies to your specific intended use. We do not make that call on your behalf.
Tennessee practices by metro
Clinics contacting us from Tennessee are based largely around Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Clarksville and Kingsport. The NPPES registry lists approximately 568 orthopedic, 437 pain management and 355 aesthetic NPI records across those six cities combined.
These numbers reflect public registry entries for the named cities only and should not be read as a measure of clinical volume or demand; they are a general reference point, not market data.
These products are not FDA approved or licensed for any disease or condition. Information is for licensed healthcare professionals and is not medical or legal advice.
