Who Can Open an Account
Precision Biologics opens accounts for licensed physicians and the medspas, dermatology offices and aesthetic or plastic surgery practices operating under their supervision. Accounts are verified against a valid NPI number before ordering access is activated.
We do not sell to patients, and pricing is published only to verified accounts.
How Aesthetic Practices Typically Review a New Supplier
Before adding a new biologics line, aesthetic practices generally confirm the supplier's documentation and ordering restrictions as part of their standard vendor review, the same way they would for any physician-supervised product.
Precision Biologics is a master distributor rather than a manufacturer, and we make supplier-provided documentation available to support that review.
Cold-Chain and Shelf-Stable Shipping to the Southwest
Cryopreserved Wharton's jelly products are shipped overnight on dry ice in validated containers and require -80 degree C storage on arrival. Lyophilized Wharton's jelly and exosome formats are shelf-stable and are stored and reconstituted according to the insert included with each lot.
Whichever format a practice orders, each lot carries a unique identifier that should be logged against the patient record at the time of use.
Documentation and Confirming the Arrangement With Counsel
A certificate of analysis, donor eligibility summary and lot release record are available for each lot, and supplier characterization data for exosome products is available on request. These products are not FDA approved or licensed for any disease or condition; information here is for licensed healthcare professionals and is not medical or legal advice.
We recommend confirming any new account with your practice's supervising physician, the Texas Medical Board, and your own counsel before your first order, since Precision Biologics does not provide clinical, legal or regulatory advice.
FDA has stated there are no FDA-approved exosome products. Exosome products are generally regulated as biologic drugs under section 351 of the Public Health Service Act, not as 361 HCT/Ps. Purchase and clinical use decisions belong to the physician with their own regulatory counsel.

Frequently asked questions
Can a medspa in Dallas order without a dermatologist or plastic surgeon on staff?+
Accounts are verified through NPI number and physician supervision rather than facility type, so a medspa operating under appropriate physician oversight can apply the same way a dermatology or surgical practice would.
What should we expect during account verification?+
We confirm your NPI number against the practice information on file before activating ordering access; once verified, documentation and pricing become available to your account.
Do you provide clinical guidance on how to use these products?+
No. Precision Biologics does not advise on clinical use, dosing or procedures. Those decisions rest with the treating physician and their own regulatory counsel.
