Before placing an order, verify
We recommend working through each of these before your first order, since none of them are things we determine on your behalf.
- Your facility's and supervising physician's standing with the Texas Medical Board
- For medspas, that your medical director and supervision arrangement meets current Texas requirements
- Any applicable Texas Department of State Health Services guidance on tissue product handling
- With your own counsel, whether your intended use falls under 21 CFR 1271.10
NPI verification and statewide cold-chain delivery
Every account is verified against an NPI number before an order ships. Cryopreserved products travel overnight on dry ice in validated containers and are stored at -80 degrees C until use; lyophilized formats ship and hold shelf-stable per the product insert, regardless of distance within the state.
Each lot carries a unique identifier, and a certificate of analysis, donor eligibility summary and lot release record are available on request for your facility's own traceability records.
Texas clinics by metro
Clinics we work with in Texas are spread across Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, El Paso, McAllen, Corpus Christi, Killeen, Brownsville, Beaumont, College Station and Waco. Across these twelve cities, the NPPES registry lists roughly 1,464 orthopedic, 1,650 pain management and 1,235 aesthetic practice NPI records.
These counts are public registry entries for the named cities only. They describe how many NPI records exist in those locations, not clinical demand, order volume or product use, and should be read as general orientation rather than market sizing.
These products are not FDA approved or licensed for any disease or condition. Information is for licensed healthcare professionals and is not medical or legal advice.
