South Carolina

Precision Biologics supplies Wharton's jelly and extracellular vesicle (exosome) allografts to licensed clinics, physician-supervised medspas and physicians across South Carolina. Every account is opened and shipped on the same NPI-verified basis we use nationwide, with lot-level documentation available for your own regulatory review. We do not sell to consumers and we do not advise on clinical use.

What to confirm before you order

Before opening an account, we recommend confirming your facility's and supervising physician's standing with the South Carolina Board of Medical Examiners, and, for medspas, verifying your medical director and supervision arrangement meets current state requirements.

It is also worth checking current South Carolina Department of Health guidance that touches tissue handling or HCT/P storage, and reviewing with your own counsel whether a specific intended use falls under 21 CFR 1271.10. We do not make that determination for you.

Onboarding and cold-chain delivery

Accounts are verified against an NPI number before any order is placed. Once verified, cryopreserved products ship overnight on dry ice in validated containers and are stored at -80 degrees C until use; lyophilized formats ship shelf-stable per the product insert.

Each lot carries a unique identifier and release documentation, including a certificate of analysis and donor eligibility summary on request, so your clinic can maintain its own patient-level traceability record.

Clinics across the state

South Carolina clinics we hear from most often are concentrated around Greenville, Columbia, Charleston and Myrtle Beach. Across those four cities, the NPPES registry lists roughly 365 orthopedic, 317 pain management and 257 aesthetic practice NPI records.

These figures are registry counts for the named cities only, pulled from the public NPI registry, and are not a measure of demand, prescribing volume or product use. They are provided as a general orientation, not as market research.

These products are not FDA approved or licensed for any disease or condition. Information is for licensed healthcare professionals and is not medical or legal advice.
