Before your clinic opens an account, confirm your license, and, for medspas, your medical director and physician-supervision arrangement, with the Utah Division of Professional Licensing.

It is also worth checking any current Utah Department of Health and Human Services guidance relevant to tissue product handling, and reviewing with your own legal counsel whether 21 CFR 1271.10 applies to your intended use. We do not make that determination.

How onboarding and shipping work

Accounts are opened only after NPI verification. Cryopreserved products then ship overnight on dry ice in validated containers and are held at -80 degrees C until use; lyophilized formats ship and store shelf-stable per the enclosed insert.

Each lot is traceable by a unique identifier, with a certificate of analysis, donor eligibility summary and lot release record available on request to support your clinic's own patient-level record-keeping.
